    Developmental milestones are available on this website, or you can download the Birth to Three Brochure in English or Spanish directly. Families with concerns can call the child development infoline 211 or 1-800-505-7000.
  • 2-1-1 of Connecticut
    2-1-1 is a one-stop connection to the local services you may need, from utility assistance, food, housing, child care, after school programs, elder care, crisis intervention and much more.
  • Healthy from Day One
    Information and resources (in English and Spanish) on the physical, emotional and community supports available in Connecticut to help children and their families be as healthy as possible.
  • Catholic Charities
    From childcare to family centers to behavioral health and emergency assistance, Catholic Charities in Hartford can help local families.
